TEMPLATE
DESIGN FAQsQ: What format do the picture/logos need to
be in order to import them into InTitle?
A: InTitle can import .jpg, or .gif file types. Your graphic
designer should be able to export any artwork to this format. If you
have artwork in a different format, we can assist you in converting
the file to one of the allowed image types. Please contact
support@inware.com for more
information.
Q: My image files aren’t currently
the correct size and/or resolution. What can I do?
A. Most graphic designers should be able to alter the photos to the
correct size and resolution. The logo files should be 200 pixels x
100 pixels. The tab images should be 240 pixels x 240 pixels.
InTitle features an integrated photo cropping tool to help you
resize any images to the correct size. If you have difficulty
resizing images, InWare charges a flat rate per image to make the
proper alterations. In some cases, the resolution of the image sent
to us may be too low for us to work with, which will require
additional charges in order to re-create the image. Keep in mind
that this is a one time setup for each company template, so this
won’t be a recurring cost.
Q: I would like to further customize
the opening flash with a different template. Is this possible?
A: Yes. Although the colors and information can be completely
changed out of the box, some customers may want to change the actual
template. We can customize this specifically for you company.
Contact info@inware.com for
more information and pricing.
Q: Can InWare customize my version
for me?
A: Absolutely. We can customize your entire version of InTitle or
perform some minor changes to a few tabs. We charge flat rates for
this service. Contact your salesperson for more information.
Q: I keep getting the following
error: “The server could not be accessed.” What is the problem?
(TitleExpress/RamQuest
version)
A: This error indicates that there is a problem with your
connection settings. This usually indicates that the server could
not be contacted. Verify that you have access to the server from the
machine where InTitle is installed.
Q: I keep getting the following
error: “The database could not be queried. Please ensure that you
are connected to the database before searching.”
(TitleExpress/RamQuest version)
A: This error suggests that there is a problem with the connection
settings. This usually indicates that the username and/or password
is incorrect or that the database name is incorrect. Modify these
settings under the Options->Application Settings menu item.
Q: The file comes up on the “View
Information” tab, but it doesn’t have any documents in the FileScan
or Paperless closer. When I go into RamQuest, these documents do
exist. What’s the problem?
(RamQuest version)
A: Make certain the computer where InTitle is installed is a member
of the domain where the FileScan and Paperless closer documents are
stored. In addition, InTitle must be given access to the folders
where the documents are stored.
Q: I keep getting the following
error: “Error Deleting Directory Structure. Access to the path
“ClosingDocs.exe” is denied.”
A: This error indicates that the preview screen is still open.
InTitle only allows you to open one preview screen at a time. Close
the CD preview screen (called Macromedia Flash Player).
Q: How do I add images for specific
Attorneys, Lenders, Realtors?
A: While on the “CD Information” tab, mouse over the Sponsor that
you would like to associate an image with. You will see a tool tip
with the Agent ID. Rename the image to the Agent ID (with either a
.jpg or .gif extension), and place the image in the agent images
directory. (RamQuest 2.1 version)
Q: Where is the agent images
directory located? How can I change it?
A: The agent images directory is specified during the initial setup
of InTitle. It can be changed through the following link:
Options->Application Settings->Agent Images Directory.
Q: I’ve modified settings in the CD
Design menu, but the changes are not showing up on the preview menu.
What is wrong?
A: Whenever any changes are made that affect the CD Preview, you
must first click back to the “CD Information” tab and then click
back to the “Select Documents” or “Create CD” tab to refresh the
changes to the CD.
Q: I keep receiving the following
error: “Error copying “[Filename]”. It will not be included in the
CD. Could not find file “[Filename]. What is the problem?
A: This error indicates that the file could not be found. Try
browsing to the location where the file resides in order to verify
that the file does exist and that you have rights to the folder
where it resides.

error when I try to email selected documents: “The system cannot
find the file path specified”. What is the problem?
A: This error indicates that the file could not be found. Try
browsing to the location where the file resides in order to verify
that the file does exist and that you have rights to the folder
where it resides.
Q: What email programs does InTitle
work with?
A: InTitle was designed to work with Outlook 2003. InTitle may work
with other versions of Outlook, but only Outlook 2003 has been
tested. Outlook Express is not supported.
