DocDrop is a web based application which allows you to populate the Online Archive without having the site open.
DocDrop uses a translucent icon that can be scene over top of any screen or program you're working in. Drag any type of file over the icon to start working.
The DocDrop icon is what you will use to populate the Online Archive with a simple drag and drop and you're done.
DocDrop security is based off of user name and password settings within the Online Archive admin settings. All document structure is built within the Online Archive settings.
Users can have multiple DocDrop's going to multiple databases. The ease of the application will allow for an increase in productivity for all employees.
All files that are uploaded are date and time stamped to present a real time accountability to all employees and to be able to create detailed reports.
All files are uploaded with specific naming conformity built within your Online Archive. You will select the direction of the file by drop down screens.
Users can not change any security or document descriptions from DocDrop, that can only be done by a system administrator with the Online Archive program.
DocDrop will also allow you to create a PDF printer to be able to capture screen shots and turn them into files to be uploaded into the Online Archive.
